
Reservations:
Reservations are required at Expressway Kennels. Reservations for major holidays: Easter, Canada Day, August 1st, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s require a $30.00 deposit per dog. You may mail your deposit or call with a credit card and we will send you confirmation. We recommend you book one month prior to major holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
During major holidays cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the start of the holiday in order for deposits to be returned. However, if we are unable to fill the space your deposit will not be refunded. Remember, you are responsible for all dates scheduled.
Check Out Time:
Charges will begin the day you drop off. Check out times are between 10:00am and 11:00am Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm and 1:00pm Sundays. If you pick up after the check out time you will be charged for that days stay.
After Hours Service: If after hours drop off or pick up is needed we will do our best to provide the service for an additional $35.00 fee.
Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of pickup. We accept cash, Debit, MasterCard or Visa. Due to the increase of NSF cheques we will no longer accept cheques unless accompanied by a credit card number.
